Oatmeal has been known for a long time. But it was only a few years ago that it made a comeback as a trendy breakfast under the name porridge! Oatmeal is full of valuable proteins and fiber and is a great way to start the day healthy. For those who want it even healthier and more filling, this recipe is just right. By combining them with our organic pea protein, the proteins of the cereal are combined with those of legumes - peas - making the amino acids complement each other perfectly! To sweeten, we use our calorie-free organic erythritol, but any of our organic sugar alternatives will do. For even more variation, add our organic cacao powder and top the porridge with our organic cacao nibs or one of our other snacks!

Preparation

  1. Cook the milk with the oats and let simmer for 2-3 min until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Turn the heat off and mix in the protein powder, erythritol, vanilla and optional seasonings and cocoa.
  3. Put the porridge into a bowl and top with fruit, nut butter and other toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
