Lemon cake is just perfect in summer - the sour note ensures optimal refreshment. This recipe comes from the nutritionist Debbie-Kristin Schaller and is health optimized. The healthy nut base is a great alternative to the classic shortcrust pastry and the addition of our BIO turmeric has anti-inflammatory and stomach-calming effects. It also ensures the pretty, golden color of the filling. Instead of the agave syrup you can also use our organic erythritol.

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough until homogenous.
  2. Press the dough into an oiled tarte pan.
  3. Bake the dough at 180°C for 20 min. Let cool.
  4. Add the ingredients for the filling into a pot and cook until thickened, while stirring constantly.
  5. Pour the filling into the dough and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  6. Enjoy!
