Vegan Avocado Brownies with Barley Grass Powder
Healthy brownies have long been a trend. There are all sorts of types, brownies made from beans and sweet potatoes, sugar-free, gluten-free, raw vegan and much, much more. Our favorite is the version with avocados, because they have a creamy, fudgy consistency and make a brownie possible without any additional oil. For sweetening we recommend a combination of ORGANIC coconut blossom sugar or ORGANIC date sugar and maple syrup, because this combination is simply heavenly! Our ORGANIC cocoa powder tastes exceptionally chocolaty and almost not bitter, as is otherwise known from unsweetened cocoa. And for that extra kick of nutrients, we simply mixed in a little ORGANIC barley grass powder! You can't taste it, and so you can benefit from the health benefits even while eating brownies.

Ingredients
for 20 servings
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Puree the avocado with the maple syrup, sugar and milk until smooth
- Mix in the rest of the ingedients and pour into an oiled baking pan
- Bake for 15-20 min
- Enjoy!

Einfach gesund naschen!
Ich achte bei mir auf eine sehr gesunde Ernäherung, aber ab und zu brauch ich mal was Süßes. Bei den gekauften Brownies weiß man nie wriklich was drin ist, daher backe ich meistens selber, um einen gewissen Überblick zu haben und das Rezept dafür ist Ideal. Da kann immer noch mit einem guten Gewissen naschen
