Organic Curcuma Winter Smoothie
for 1 serving
- If using fresh ginger, peel and grate the ginger, and add it to a blender. If you are using powdered ginger, that's ok, just add that to the blender.
- Next, shred carrots and that to the blender, along with remaining ingredients.
- Blend on high speed for about one minute, until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
- Adjust liquid to taste!
- If you like more creamy texture, try adding 1/4 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice).
