This super delicious smoothie not only provides protein, but also contains various sources of healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Both the organic hemp protein as well as the flaxseed and the organic pistachio puree contain the fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, ALA for short. This has an anti-inflammatory effect in the body and is essential, since the omega-3 fatty acids can not be produced themselves. In addition, this power drink is beautifully purple and tastes super fruity and refreshing! It's perfect before or after your workout, as a small breakfast or just because. For a creamier version, it's best to use your favorite plant milk, but for a lower calorie version, it also works with water, of course.

Krieg einfach nicht genug davon

Find den Smoothies mega. Er ist super schnell gemacht und sowas von lecker, von dem kann ich einfach nicht genug kriegen. Man kann ihn auch super mit anderm Obst erg├Ąnzen, gerade wenn das Obst schon druckstellen hat und ich es so nicht mehr gegessen h├Ątte, kann man es hierf├╝r super verwenden
