- First, make a nice cream by mashing the frozen banana with date sugar and vanilla in a food processor. If necessary, add a little more plant-based milk.
- For the cold cocoa you only have to dissolve the ORGANIC cocoa powder with erythritol in the cold milk.
- Pour the cocoa into a glass and add the Nice Cream and a reusable straw.
- Top the ice chocolate with the whipped cream and decorate it with cocoa nibs.
