Burritos, wraps, enchiladas and co - the uses for wraps are simply endless! They are suitable for picnics, to work or as a special dinner. Store-bought wraps often contain additives and are made with white flour - so they're just empty calories. Our version, on the other hand, is full of protein! This makes them more filling and helps you reach your fitness goals. But also for couch potatoes the recipe is perfect 😉 You can use any of our vegan proteins, by their neutral taste they are the perfect flour substitute.

Ingredients

for 4 servings

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine and knead into a ball with wet hands. Let rest for a few minutes.
  3. Take 1/4 of the dough and roll it out into a round shape between two sheets of baking paper.
  4. Bake in a hot pan until bubbles form, then flip.
  5. Enjoy!
