Chlorella Guacamole
Avocados are trendy in almost every shape - in smoothies, on toast, or as guacamole. The same applies to algae like Chlorella, they should not be missing in any well-equipped household. In addition to a great color, they also provide valuable nutrients and chlorophyll, and have many positive effects on the body. The combination of these two all-rounders is simply brilliant! The chlorella hardly changes the taste, but intensifies the green color. Of course everyone makes their guacamole a little differently, but we opted for the classic variant without creme fraiche, but of course that is up to you.
